Delivery Information

We try to delivery your design as early as possible. Most of the designs are delivered in 3 working days(not including the date the order is placed). Certain special requests and whole project will take time based on the complexity of the project which we will be informed well in advance. The design that you have ordered will be sent to your email address and your WhatsApp (number given in order form) that you have mentioned while placing the order. If the email or phone number is invalid, we will wait for you to contact us for 30 days, after which the order becomes invalid.

Changes:

Design orders once delivered, cannot be modified in the same order, except for the Premium and Ultra Premium packages. For Premium and Ultra Premium packages, one change is allowed within 48 hours of receiving the design.

Terms for Changes

Our terms and conditions for one change are as follows:

• One change request will be accepted only if we receive the brief for changes within the 48 hours of receiving the design order.

• The changes can be in the colour or material used in the design received.

• Changes in the basic brief while placing the order will not be accepted.

Cancellation and refund

We shall not be able to process the cancellation or refund if the order/orders are processed. If you wish to modify an order within 3 hours of placing a design order, mail us auladeisgns@gmail.com. We will not be able to refund the payment once the order is placed.
